[Resolved] HDFC Bank Forex Carte du jour — Reversal of voided transaction


Hello, I take made a transaction for renting a motorcar at michigan, The states by Forex card o[censored]SD 1600(This amount is actually large and I need this money urgently for spending for my usage here for the remaining days over here). It has been 10 days at present I have not get my reversal amount that stuck with the HDFC bank. I chosen up HDFC customer care for making a complaint just still no action it has been taken for reversing the corporeality past them. customer intendance asked for the contact number to reach me, and when I have provided the USA phone number they did not have, How come at the aforementioned fourth dimension I become back to India to receive the phone call from HDFC. Don't these people think that once they are providing Forex menu they can call the customer at there location. this is ridiculous.(THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT THEY ARE SUPPORTING FOR FOREIGN TRAVELS and non the people sitting at the location in Republic of india and so accept Strange MOBILE NUMBER) I dont know why they provide this bad service to the person who are on little money away from Domicile at foreign destination. I suggest to people to non become to for HDFC FOREX card, I used ICICI before which is good and improve customer service. I am hoping to get the money asap or else I need to pay some extra past paying through my Indian credit bill of fare, which is going to exist large hole in my pocket. Was this information helpful?
